He is also known for his aggressive Merger & Acquisitions techniques and Financial Engineering. He often leads cross a complicated cross-national boundary pilot projects with a focus on the high-risk catalyst or strategic ventures.
Currently, Dr. Wong serves as a board member for investment companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Morocco, Pakistan, South Africa, China and USA. He has invested in multiple private and joint venture companies in China and serves as a consultant on the boards of various businesses.
In the realm of education, Dr. Wong has been invited as a guest lecturer for the Mechanism Capital for TM at the 21st APEC Summit in June 2014. Additionally, he has designed courses in electronic commerce for academic institutions, offered specialized intellectual property training courses, and developed EMBA programs for international universities.
Dr. Wong authored the signature 3-days Miracles of Capital (MOC) programme to educate business owners on Capital Mechanism, with over 280 classes and 4,500 students, held in more than 17 countries.
