Cancellation Policy

The following policies and procedures apply to all Precession Capital Berhad (1185717-K) (hereinafter referred to as "Precession Capital") program training sessions, workshops, courses, and events.

Precession Capital reserves the rights to add, amend, modify, and cancel, in whole or part, any of the information in this document, with or without notice, at its sole discretion, without giving any cause or justification. Such revised information may supersede, modify and eliminate the existing terms and conditions.

Training session, workshop, course, or event start date: The date a training session, workshop, course, or event begins as posted in the course catalogue or event program available in the Precession Capital’s website, and/or its marketing materials. Precession Capital reserves the right to make adjustments to training session, workshop, course, and event dates.

Placement of Order

Training / workshop / course / event registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full. For any live/offline program, the participation fee includes program materials and meals during the duration of the program. Travel and accommodation charges are excluded.

When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit card or bank account used to place your order.

All bank charges and any applicable incurring government taxes (if any) to be borne by payer. Please ensure that Precession Capital receives the full invoice amount.

Pricing, Availability and Refund Policy

Whilst we try and ensure that all process, details, descriptions, prices and availability which appear on this website and/or our marketing materials are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you on this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund in full if you have already paid for the course.

Training / Workshop / Course / Event’s Reschedule

Precession Capital reserves the right to cancel any training / workshop / course / event due to insufficient enrolment. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future program date. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the participant if the program is cancelled.

Precession Capital also reserves the right to change the venue and dates of the program, and all participants will be notified in advance of any changes.

Refund Policy:

  1. Payment made is non-refundable.
  2. However, you may transfer it to another session (up to 1-year from the date of registration), or to another person. Any transfer of seat to another person may incur a processing fee of MYR100.00 per pax.
  3. Any transfer requests must be made in writing and sent by email to finance@createprecession.com
  4. If for any unforeseen reason, you are unable to attend the program, you can postpone your seat up to a maximum of 1-year from the date of registration. The program fee is only valid for ONE year from date of registration, after which payment(s) made will be forfeited.
  5. We shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event the program is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed.
